We're back! [15 May 2008|11:39pm] uvaspina we're back! We didn't get to see half the places or half the people we wanted to see on our honeymoon (USA is bigger than it looks on a map). Still, it's been the best trip ever. Photos will come, but i'll have to catch up with 3 weeks of work. That's what you get when you are self-employed. In the meantime, enjoy a litle slideshow with photos taken by our guest with the photoboot we set up at the wedding. It was fun. To whoever was there: thankyou for making it perfect. [15 May 2008|12:54pm] physiology  i wish i had $875 to throw away and wasn't saving for a down payment on a condo loft. yeah, pretty much.  if we already HAD the loft, this would look perfect in it! also, btw, we are now looking to purchase a loft in the building we wanted to rent in. it's going to be tricky, i don't know the first thing about buying real estate and neither does sam. hopefully we'll be pre-approved for first-time homebuyer loans... and whatever else we have to qualify for. fingers crossed!  we are pretty optimistic. 2 comments|post comment

YOUR OPINION? [15 May 2008|12:26pm] jr__nal [thisdjsucks] so my boyfriend is graduating this year and i'm filling one of the little 32-page moleskine cahiers for him. i've just hit the halfway mark, conveniently, and i'm wondering... i've done the first 16 pages in pen. nothing else, just different colored pens, drawing, lettering, etc. and i realized that i kind of want to do collage-y type things. would it be weird to suddenly start doing that halfway through the book? and if i do, should i continue through for the entire second half, so that it's 16 pages of pen and 16 pages of collage? i know technically it all depends how well i do it, and what i want to do, etc. but i'm just curious for some input. this is a really important gift to me, and i want to make it as perfect as i possibly can. thank you!! 8 comments|post comment
